30 Days Embodiment Challenge
There is something incredibly powerful about taking the time to connect with our bodies.
In a world that is often so fast-paced and head-driven, we can forget the wisdom that our bodies hold. The 30 Days Embodiment Challenge is a space for us to slow down, explore different ways of releasing tension and stress, and reconnect with that wisdom. When we make the time to connect with our bodies, we open up space for new things to come into our lives. We remember who we are and what we are capable of. Taking just a few moments each day to focus on our bodies can have a profound impact on our overall well-being. I invite you to join me in this challenge and see what it can do for you!

How does it work?
Each week you will receive 2 guided practices of 10 min each (One for the start of the day and one for the end of the day), this way, this challenge will be easy to fit into your daily routine!
The practice at the beginning of the day will be designed to set up your day for greatness and the one at the end of the day to cleanse and reset your body and system.
Each week we will be working with an elemental theme to guide our journeys:
Day 1 - Preparation
The first day is about preparing all the we need to enter this challenge with the right mindset and commitment to completion.
Day 2-8 (Week 1) - Earth
This week is about breaking the structures and ways which no longer serve you.
Grounding, feeling safe and reconnecting with your body.
Day 9-15 (Week 2) - Water
In the element of water, we explore Fluidity and Flow and tap into our creativity. Releasing rigidity in the body so we can become more open to new opportunities in life.
Day 16-22 (Week 3) - Fire
In the 3rd week, we reconnect with our inner Fire! Using embodiment practices to reignite our energy and power as well as supporting us in taking action in life.
Day 23-29 (Week) 4 - Air
In this final week, we connect with the element of air, as a teacher of expansion. Calling into our lives what we truly desire in an unbounded manner.
Day 30 - Celebration & self honouring
Taking the time to truely celebrate and honour yourself for embarking in this journey and truely connecting with yourself.
The 30-day embodiment challenge is a space for deep exploration and reconnection with our bodies. We will explore different tools to support us in releasing tension and stress, as well as reconnecting with our innate wisdom. This will open up space for new things in our lives that we are calling in. The connection we create with our bodies through this challenge will be a foundation for a more authentic and joyful life.
