As the holiday season approaches, many of us find ourselves caught up in a whirlwind of festivities, obligations, and expectations. The combination of Christmas and New Year's can be joyous, but it often comes with its fair share of stress and exhaustion.Â
In the midst of the holiday hustle, this breathwork practice will be a powerful tool for providing a much-needed reset, offering a moment of calm and clarity.
