What words may not be able to express, movement will!
Time & Location
22 Feb, 7:15 pm – 9:00 pm
About the Event
"The body is an infinite source of wisdom, by connecting with our bodies we can access all the knowledge that we need to walk our lives aligned with our divine purpose" - Lailla
The Embodiment Circle is a space of exploration and cultivation of deep listening to the wisdom of our bodies. It is an invitation to step into curiosity and explore the mysteries that live within us. The practices and inquiry within the circle offer an opportunity to slow down the mind and connect with our felt sense experience. From this place of attunement, we open to receive guidance from our bodies about what it is we need in order to live more fully. The circle provides a container for reconnecting with ourselves and each other in a way that honors our uniqueness and honors the wisdom of the body. It is an invitation to remember who we are and to rediscover the joy of being alive.
What to expect:
We open the circle embarking on a journey of discovery through conversation, words, and shared experiences. Here we start to touch on the theme of the session.
The second half is where we dive in with our own bodies into a movement practice, where we allow the bodies to express themselves and offer us the knowledge and wisdom that they hold.
As we move, things that weren't before so clear to us, start to become more obvious.
We are able to receive information directly from our own bodies.
This embodiment practice can be an incredibly powerful tool, supporting us to clear emotional baggage and understand how to better work and move through challenges, as well as inviting us to become more familiar with our bodies and deepen our ability to attune to its wisdom, new possibilities for health, creativity, and joy.
Things to know:
No previous experience is needed.
Feeling shy about moving? No problem! You can always turn off your camera during the movements if you prefer. :)
- Duration: 1.5 hours
- Be in a space where you know you will not be interrupted, and where you will be able to express yourself fully.

“It really was the first time when I felt free enough in a course to look NOT after what the other people are doing/contributing/movement skills but being present with my body - a huge game change 💕 the little breakout rooms, your grateful and honest presence made it even more special. Embodiment/movement/dance have a more exposed place in my life now” - Ina, from Germany, after experiencing her first Embodiment Circle
