In this 90 min class Lailla Sena will be guiding you through a restorative yoga sequence supported by Aerial Silk hammocks whilst you bathe in the healing vibrations of Singing Bowls, Japanese Koshi Bells, Medicine Drum and Tibetan Gong played by Bella.
