I can speak about my own experience: For a while, I was ashamed of my raw side. I felt judged and the more that I repressed my wildness the more I felt frustration building up in my body, pushing me down and suffocating me. When I started to create space to explore these dark corners of myself, what I found was a deep sense of inner power, self-love, and self-acceptance.

This is an opportunity for us to come together, express our wildness, and allow ourselves to be seen, as the powerful women that we are.

What the night will look like:

Sharing circle: Where we create space to voice our emotions, to hear our sisters and to connect. 

Sacred movement practices: A play with the energy of the wild. We will explore movement, shapes, and forms, finding love and appreciation for our bodies, releasing repressed emotions and expressing the wild energy within. 

Sacred Cacao: This heart-opening plant medicine, has been used for centuries by the native people to connect deeper with the emotions and heart space.
