This is a space creates for us, women, to connect with each other and especially with ourselves! 

Together we create a safe container to comfortably talk about our emotions and experiences in life, we will use movement as medicine for our bodies and cacao to deepen the connection with our hearts!

Friday night (just before international women's day) we gather together to celebrate being the powerful women that we are!  Together, we create space to reconnect with our wild feminine power through these 3 pillars:

This is an opportunity for us to come together, express our wildness, and allow ourselves to be seen.

What the night will look like:

Sacred Cacao: This heart-opening plant medicine, has been used for centuries by the native people to connect deeper with the emotions and heart space.

Sacred movement practices: A play with the energy of the wild feminine. We will explore movement, shapes, and forms, finding love and appreciation for our bodies, releasing repressed emotions, and expressing the wild energy within. 

Sharing circle: Where we create space to voice our emotions, to hear our sisters, and to connect.
