About this Retreat
This retreat has been designed for you that may be not able to go to a physical retreat at this time due to lockdown or simply prefer to learn and nurture yourself from the comfort of your own home.
Julio and Lailla have put together a half-day event filled with deeply nurturing practices and a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with like-minded people in our online community.
In this event we will be focusing on the themes below:
Learn powerful breathing technics that will fully energise your body and calm your nervous system
Strengthen and nurture your body with the ancient wisdom of yoga. In this retreat, we will offer 2 classes to allow your body to truly receive the benefits of the Yang and Yin practices.
allow yourself to calm the mind and enter a deeper state of peace with a specially designed meditation session.
Learn how the energetic body works, how we store emotions, and how we can bring awareness to clear and remove blockages, leaving us feeling lighter and more joyful.

About the facilitators:
Lailla Sena & Julio Zavagli
Julio and Lailla found on each other the perfect match to work together. Julio brings the knowledge from the Yogic traditions and translates it into his beautiful well put together Hatha yoga classes. Lailla brings the wisdom from ancient traditions from the native americas, with tools such breathwork and integrative healing modalities which infuses all her work. Their love for yoga and their commitment to living a happy health life are inspiring.
