Yoga & Meditation
Enjoy daily yoga and meditation practices to nurture your body and soul. We will have a mix of Hatha and Yin practices designed to strengthen and stretch the body. No previous experience is required.
Nourishing Foods
Nourish your body with an exquisite wholefoods menu, prepared by the renowned chef: Angie Cowen.
All the food you will be enjoying will be carefully crafted from the finest organic ingredients some of which will be grown on the property.
Pranayama & Breathwork
Learn how to use Yogic breathwork practices (Pranayama), and how to incorporate that in your daily life.
You will also get to experience a shamanic breathwork session.

Our wholefood chef:
Angie Cowen
Author of "love life and gluten free" cook book
Angie is a passionate wholefood chef, cookbook author and cooking class expert specializing in gluten-free and dairy-free food.
In all of her work she brings her love and years of experience for preparing food that is delicious, nurturing, and nourishing.
She began experimenting with nourishing food in 2003, she has studied with renowned wholefood expert Jude Blereau, graduating from her four-month intensive Whole and Natural Foods Chef Training Course in 2010.
Angie has also undertaken additional training in Ayurveda, Integrative Nutrition, Yoga Teacher Training and more.
Accomodation
Spacious and beautiful rooms to make you feel peaceful and tranquil. All details have been carefully chosen, to allow you to completely unwind. From the silkiest organic bamboo sheets to the most comfortable mattresses for you to rest upon. 2 and 3 people bedroom shares with King Single beds.

About the facilitators:
Lailla Sena & Julio Zavagli
Julio and Lailla found on each other the perfect match to work together. Julio brings the knowledge from the Yogic traditions and translates it into his beautiful well put together Hatha yoga classes. Lailla brings the wisdom from ancient traditions from the native americas, with tools such breathwork and integrative healing modalities which infuses all her work. Their love for yoga and their commitment to living a happy health life are inspiring.
