Not at all. These sessions are guided step by step, and you don’t need any previous experience. The practices are simple and accessible, and we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for your body.
Both options are available. You can join a session online via Zoom from the comfort of your home, or in person in Sydney, Northern Beaches.
Some people experience a powerful shift in a single session, especially when they’re seeking clarity on a specific situation. Others choose to work together for multiple sessions to explore deeper patterns and continue strengthening their connection with the body.
