Yoga
Enjoy daily yoga practices to nurture your body and soul. We will have a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin practices designed to strengthen and stretch the body. No previous experience is required.

With more than 20 years of combined experienced Julio Zavagli and Lailla Sena will be sharing with you some of the most important tools to increase the quality of your life daily.

About the facilitators:
Lailla Sena & Julio Zavagli
Julio and Lailla found on each other the perfect match to work together. Julio brings the knowledge from the Yogic traditions and translates it into his beautiful well put together Hatha yoga classes. Lailla brings the wisdom from ancient traditions from the native americas, with tools such breathwork and integrative healing modalities which infuses all her work. Their love for yoga and their commitment to living a happy health life are inspiring.
